Great home, very clean and family friendly. The host was extremely nice and attentive. The home was also close to the children’s museum, which was a plus. Will definitely return if needed!

I had the impression that this was a new home, in great condition. Unfortunately, this home has had some rough treatment. The paint downstairs is marred as well as the staircase. It is a very stark environment with minimal decorating and no colors at all. It is difficult to understand why you would say that the home has four bedrooms with 3 double and 1 king size bed and then not have enough seating in the living room or around the kitchen table. The couches are Ikea-cheap and very uncomfortable. This is a common finding in rental homes. Not enough seating and uncomfortable. The bedrooms were spartan as well with no bedside lighting. Another common area of lack of essentials was the kitchen without a working coffee maker, rusted cookie sheet, and no pot holders. Oven needed cleaning. The pros were that the area was quiet and overall the home was clean. More attention to furnishings and making this feel like a lived in home is needed.
