Welcome to the Bedford house! A spacious, cozy and comfortable 1576 sq ft single story home that is located in a quiet neighborhood on the southeast side of Indianapolis. Minutes from Downtown, the Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Field House, Victory Field, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, the University of Indianapolis, The Benedict Retreat, Greenwood and its mall, and the Airport.

We have stayed at this property many times, actually every time we are in Indy, which is a few times a year. This is the perfect house. Plenty of room to have family or friends over to visit. It is always clean and exactly as advertised. What makes this the best place to stay is the owner, Debbie. She goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. She is the perfect host.

We came to Indy to spend Mother's Day with family. We always rent this property. It is in a great neighborhood. The house is perfect. Always very clean and it is the perfect size for us. Debbie, the host, is fantastic. She always makes you feel like family and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Would highly recommend.

This is our 4th time staying at the Bedford House. We absolutely love it. We came to Indy to spend an early Thanksgiving with family and friends and the house is perfect for such an occasion. Everything is fantastic. The host, Deb, makes everything even that much better. She makes sure her guests are comfortable and taken care of. Would highly recommend and look forward to our future stay.
