Excellent and highly recommend! Debbie the owner is an amazing host and her home is just perfect. Extremely clean, stocked with snacks, drinks, a few breakfast items to get us started in the morning, she put out food/water bowls for our dogs, and the list goes on. Super cute and safe neighborhood street. We had an amazing weekend stay and looking forward to our next trip to Indy and an another stay at this home. Thank you to Debbie!

The pictures did not do it justice. This is a very well cared for home, very clean and very spacious. It fit well for four grown men having a weekend trip. The surrounding area where the house is located is, in my eyes, a safe area. The house was clean, saw no dust, left over stuff from any sort of previous Vrbo users, etc. And talking to Deborah was very easy and she was quick to respond. She was even nice enough to bake us a plate of brownies for when we got in, and left a hand written card (even though I believe I forgot it by accident as we were leaving). Ease of checking in and checking out was great, and as I told her when I did check out, when i do come back to Indy again, her Vrbo is my #1 first pick when I am going to look for a place to stay for 3 people. Thank you again!!

We needed a home that could comfortably sleep our family of 6 on the southeast side of Indy while we were in town for a family gathering. The Bedford House was perfect! Debbie communicated everything we needed to know and replied to any questions very quickly. She left some snacks and basic breakfast items which was super helpful since we didn’t get in until very late, and we have hungry kids. The space was clean and very nicely decorated. The living room was super comfy and the tv was great. We streamed our own shows to it and felt right at home. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need to cook, and there were basic toiletries and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. We wish we could have stayed longer and use the backyard sitting area, and basketball hoop. I could go on, but you just need to experience it yourself! Debbie is an excellent host!
