This place is just as described. Well maintained with newer updates to make it very comfortable to stay. And just minutes away from downtown.

Communication was top notch and the house was very well done. Great kitchen. Close to older, trendy and neat area (about a mile) that has good restaurant, coffee shops, and bars. Area is being refurbished (homes / restaurants) as this is an older area so get a little of everything But felt safe and would definitely stay again! Only a few minutes from downtown Indy. Thx
