Perfect house, lots of room, good host who responds almost immediately! Def will stay again.

The shower is an old school pedestal tub, little small but efficient and does the job. Just not much space in it.

Not worth the headache

Normal house, nothing special. Ok neighborhood.

Way too many rules. We were there for a business trip and the host didn’t make things easy. Also she requested a $500 deposit (I never saw this before on booking) which I paid immediately. Apparently it is her residence so I understand the concern. We left the house cleaner than how we got it and not only it took forever to get the deposit back but she also shorted the refund by $25 with no explanation even though I sent a few messages here on booking to ask the reason. It is not worth the headache. Look for something else.

All in all, this house is a lovely home with an amazing host and I would personally rent again here and recommend to fut

I loved the aesthetic of the house. The immediate location was lovely, friendly neighbors and very close to several parks. I loved the amount of space that we had for our family to sleep comfortably. I love that with any issues, Jenny was very quick to respond and take action. She also accommodated a last minute request to add a night. We also decorated a little for the season as the old bones of the house really set in our Halloween fever. It felt very homey and cozy

I didn’t like that everyday cleaning supplies were not stocked up. I felt for the price we paid, things like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and disinfectants should have been restocked. From previous reviews I see this is a reoccurring concern. I also did not like that our allergies went crazy due to pets being allowed, which is a personal issue that others might not mind, however with a large cleaning fee I feel the next guests shouldn’t have any idea that there were pets present previously. All we had was a broom and for a 2 story 3 bedroom house this was difficult to properly clean with. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue, but we did have an extended stay with multiple people so messes built up quick. The bathtub is extremely slippery and my daughter fell in the tub due to this and thankfully wasn’t injured, but I then worried about my grandmother in the shower. Maybe some slip resistant stickers or something would help, we decided just to lay a hand towel to prevent another fall and it sufficed. I also wish there were trash cans in each bedroom, as I have a newborn and this was a hassle to carry trash elsewhere to dispose of. I also didn’t like that we were so close to bad locations just blocks over because we heard gunshots almost every evening during both weekends. However, the immediate location felt safe and friendly. I will say the security system made us feel much safer. One last thing I’d recommend to the host is to invest in better/larger furniture. It was hard for us all to be in the living room as it sat half as many as it slept and I feel the space could definitely fit a larger couch or chair. With having a newborn I was downstairs a lot so as not to wake the rest of the house and it was difficult to get comfy on the couch. Overall the complaints are definitely due to personal circumstances that others might not have to worry about, despite my recommendations I would highly recommend this property

The house was beautiful and clean, beds were exceptionally comfortable, and they had all the cooking equipment we needed

We really loved the back porch and the front porch. We also loved the comfy mattresses!

Needs blinds at the side porch door and dinning room windows. But it wasn’t too much of a bother more of a personal preference.
