Close to everything important with nice appliances.

Great proximity to everything we needed. Basically 5min/$10 Uber to everything. The house was very well appointed with appliances and dishware etc.. nice patio as well

Seemed a like a not great neighborhood but could be mistaken. Hard to regulate temperature inside. Very hot upstairs but could open a window.

Beautifully decorated home with gorgeous kitchen and easy parking outside downtown Indy.

The entire house was decorated beautifully!! The kitchen appliances, sinks, showers, etc were top notch! We LOVED all the Christmas decorations, the furniture, lighting, kitchen counters, and even the main staircase. So pretty! The house was conveniently set up and perfect for our needs.

The temperature control. Our stay was in the winter. It was challenging to balance a warm enough temperature downstairs and not have it blazing hot upstairs in the bedrooms.
