About this house rental
Functional and warm cottage where you will spend a pleasant moment with family or friends in a quiet and relaxing environment in the heart of the countryside. Park of 5000m2 with swimming pool open from June to September and various play and relaxation areas. Near Rochefort, Sugères, Saint Jean d'Angély, La Rochelle, Marais Poitevin.
Possibility to book the 2 other cottages for 4 and 6 people.
The accommodation
Gîte composed of a living room with equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge area with tv, DVD player. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (one with a 140 bed + shower and sink, one with 1 bed of 140, one with 2 bunk beds) (loan baby equipment) shower room, toilet. Outside: individual garden with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. The 5000 m² plot of land of the property gives free rein to various activities (outdoor games, petanque, darts, or simply relaxation). Not to mention its secure swimming pool open from May to October (depending on the weather).
Beds made on arrival + towels provided.

Dishwashing basket (dish towel, sponge, dishwashing liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet, hand soap).
Laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, toilet
Various games on the property (play structure with petanque court, swing, ball games, board games, ping pong table, table football, pool games, ...).
Pets allowed (dogs on a leash), each owner must take responsibility and pick up their pet's waste. Price: 30€ / pet / stay payable on arrival.
