About this house rental
Huge loft of 300 m² built in 2013 in a reconverted barn, surrounded by a 400 m² English garden. It features on the first floor 107 m² of open space with open kitchen, dining area and living area. Contiguous are two large bedrooms, both with their bathroom (showers). A metallic spiral staircase gives access to the glass floor landing of the second floor where three bedrooms with their respective bathrooms are to be found.
The house boasts hardwood floors throughout and heating and air conditioning are provided by nine heat pumps.
We can park four cars on the premises.

Très bel endroit pour passer un bon moment en groupe et en famille. Toutes les pièces sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Le jardin est très agréable. Le propriétaire est charmant. Nous reviendrons si nous retournons autour de La Rochelle. Petit entretien à prévoir pour en faire une location exceptionnelle.

Nous avons passés un super week-end pour un evjf à la clavette. Grande maison avec des grands espaces, jardin très bien entretenu et fleuri. Cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipée en vaisselle et autres accessoires ! Chambres et literies confortables. Yvon est très facile à contacter et très arrangeant. Je recommande
