About this house rental
Heated and secure swimming pool 4m / 8m depth 1m to 1.60m, comfortable house, rest assured 3 bedrooms with double beds are on the ground floor, quality bedding. WC and sink upstairs
Spacious rooms, exposed stones in the dining room and the kitchen as well as an old bread oven The living room and the dining room are separated by the entrance hall.
The living room has a very high ceiling and the mezzanine overlooks it, which is very pleasant.
If you like reading, a choice of French and English books are at your disposal.
The kitchen is very large and lots of pots, pans, dishes, utensils etc.
The back of the building, part tech, is large allows to store or keep cool. .
A spacious garden with trees and others to protect yourself from the sun and enjoy the view (+/- 12Km)
The region reputed to have the same number of sunny days as the Côte d'Azur.
Region very rich historically and markets (foie gras, truffles, crustaceans, fish, shellfish including oysters from Marennes
In Rochefort, visit the Hermionne boat.

Property exactly as described. Spacious house, lovely pool and gorgeous gardens/patio area with barbecue.
Albert was attentive and available, with the pool being cleaned regularly and even supplying fans at short notice when the temperature spiked.
Would definitely consider coming back to the same house if we visited the area again.

Jolie maison avec de grands volumes, jardin et piscine très agréables. Maison très bien équipée et propreté irréprochable . Nous y avons passé une super semaine en famille. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires
