The charming Charentaise house "LES TREMIERES" is a semi-detached holiday home located in Le Thou. The house "Les Trémières" has a sun terrace, equipped with barbecue facilities and offers views of the garden and the countryside. Free private parking is available on site.
The house has an equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric oven, coffee machine, toaster kettle and all kitchen equipment. The house also has a flat-screen TV.
On the ground floor, a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, upstairs the spacious bedrooms have parquet floors, a wardrobe, a large closet. You can use a large private bathroom with a bathtub, WC and sink with a hairdryer.
The rooms offer a view of the garden, pillows, duvets and blankets are provided.

Various activities await you in the surroundings, you can cycle or visit the village and the surrounding countryside as well as take a walk and have a picnic at the edge of Lake Frace. You can reach La Rochelle at 31 kms and the bridge leading to the Ile de Ré as well as La Rochelle Airport at 40 kms.

Un lieu agréable, accueillant et propre idéal pour découvrir la région.

Pas d'état des lieux à l'arrivée: le ménage n'était pas récent (poussière et poubelles non vidées).
L'exposition plein sud n'a pas permis de profiter de l'extérieur par manque total d'ombre même le matin, malgré le parasol (trop lourd à déplacer).
Nous sommes partis déçus.
