It includes a balcony with stunning views of the basin and a parking space in the basement.The apartment includes an entrance hall with fitted wardrobes, separate toilets, a bathroom equipped with a washing machine, as well as a functional and equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, induction hobs, microwave, mini oven and dishwasher, Nespresso). The spacious and bright living room is modular thanks to a removable partition. It is divided into a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (80 cm) and 1 drawer bed (80 cm), equipped with a TV, as well as a living/dining room with a sofa bed (140 cm). This room opens onto a balcony of about 10 m2, facing north, furnished with furniture to relax or share outdoor meals.Ideally located, the apartment is 850 m from the first shops (Carrefour Market, pharmacy), 2.5 km from the Moulleau district and 1.5 km from Arcachon city centre.
