About this house rental
Charming house of 1920 fully renovated and comfortably furnished 10 minutes walk from beaches and shops.
It includes a living room with dining area and well equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, ...), a bathroom with separate toilet, washing machine, 2 bedrooms. 'floor: a bedroom with a large bed 160x200 (new quality bedding with mattress) and a room with 2 bunk beds + drawer bed (new bedding also).
Outside, large private terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, shed (bike storage possible) and parking space.
Residential area very quiet.
Linen (bed linen and towels) included from 7 nights (+50 € from 3 to 6 nights)
At your disposal: high chair, cot, baby bath, board games, beach games

Petite location charmante meublée avec beaucoup de goût. Localisation idéale pour découvrir la ville d’hiver d’Arcachon et se déplacer à pied en centre ville ou sur la plage.
Malgré une météo pluvieuse, nous avons pleinement profiter de notre séjour.

horaires d'arrivée et de départ un peu stricts (19 H et 9 H respectivement) que nous avons réussi à négocier, bel endroit mais propreté à revoir : plaque de cuisson sale, avec résidus brûlés, hotte aspirante grasse, frigidaire avec produits moisis, taches sur le sol..., 30 minutes de ménage et ensuite on se sentait mieux.
Le cadre est sympa, petite maison jumelée dans l'enceinte d'une villa dans le quartier très résidentiel de la ville d'hiver, décoration simple et basique, petites chambres à l'étage mais escalier raide
il faut compter 15 minutes à pieds pour se rendre au centre ville, 10 ' pour la plage
Une belle situation mais propreté à améliorée...
