About this apartment rental
Ideally located in a quiet area opposite the Parc Mauresque, in the heart of Arcachon, with shops, the market, the beach, cycle paths, and the train station all within walking distance, this spacious 73m² (786 sq ft) two-bedroom apartment is on the 4th and top floor of a building with an elevator. It is very bright, fully equipped, and features a large, sunny, south-facing terrace and secure private parking.
The apartment comprises: an entrance hall, a living room opening onto the south-facing terrace with a dining area, a lounge area with a 140 x 190 cm (55 x 75 in) sofa bed, a separate fitted kitchen, bedroom 1 (160 cm (65 in) bed + 70 cm (25 in) bed), bedroom 2 (140 cm (45 in) bed), a bathroom (with washing machine), and a separate WC.
During the summer season, we cannot guarantee the availability of bicycle storage in the communal bike room.
Linens are not provided, but can be rented through the agency: 1 pack (140/160 sheets + towels) = €42/week - 1 pack (90 sheets + towels) = €32/week.
Optional cleaning fee = €70.
During the winter season (mid-October to mid-March), heating costs will be charged in addition to the rent at a flat rate of €15/day.

Appartement grand, lumineux, assez fonctionnel, avec une place de parking sécurisée hyper pratique. Emplacement au top en plein centre à côté du parc Mauresque. Juste un petit point d'amélioration à apporter au ménage. Sinon RAS.

Die Wohnung war, wie auf den Fotos, lichtdurchflutet und hatte eine schöne Terasse. Das Haus war im Gegensatz zur Wohnung sehr gepflegt und an sehr guter Lage. Viele Möbel waren in einem schlechten Zustand und müssten schon längst ersetzt werden. Ausser den Betten, die sind neu. Zudem war die Wohnung nicht sauber gereinigt. Die Agence Artemia kam uns soweit entgegen, dass wir die Endreinigung nicht bezahlen mussten.
