The spacious living room features private balcony access, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf. A dining table and barstools provide ample seating for meals and gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making it perfect for preparing delicious meals.
The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and convenient access to a shared hall bathroom. The third bedroom is designed with twin-over-twin bunks, ideal for additional guests. The living room also features a queen sofa sleeper for extra accommodations.

The complex also features a well-equipped fitness center for those who wish to stay active. For outdoor dining and socializing, there's a convenient grilling area.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Host communicated quickly and answered all questions. 12th floor view was excellent. Unit was clean except for the hallway. Two young grand children crawling in the hallway had black hands, knees, and feet. The convenience of the luggage carts leaves behind a lot of dirt when brought into the unit. The front door door jam needs repair. Overall we had a great time. The reserved beach chairs made beach time more enjoyable.

The condo was fantastic, our family loved it. The ocean view was amazing, it was very clean, and several restaurants & shops were within walking distance. The building only has 2 elevators, which made wait times long. In the amenities, the condo listed hair dryers (I have a screen shot of it), but there are no working hair dryers at the condo. Liquid life did not provide one when I called (on multiple occasions). I was told on 2 occasions someone would get back to me, but I did not receive any communication, unless I initiated it. This may not seem like a big deal, but when 3 women staying at the resort did not bring hair dryers because we thought they were provided, it was very frustrating, especially when you are told they will get back to you, and they don't.

Nice, clean, close to activities. Only small thing my wife and I noticed was the lack of towel hooks for the hallway bathroom.Would definitely stay here again.
