With a well-equipped kitchen/diner, cosy sitting room and flexible accommodation for four (king-size or twin options), Hayloft Cottage is perfect for both couples and families alike. Winter, spring, summer and autumn, Wells-next-the-Sea really does have it all! Whether it's the award winning Carnival Week, the migration of the pink foot geese, the array of restaurants and cafés and a great range of tempting shops, there really is something for everyone to enjoy.

We stayed over Easter weekend as a family of 4 and our little dog. The location was perfect, minutes walk to the harbour and very close to the beach. The cottage itself was cozy and had everything we could have needed. The beds were comfortable and everything was in good working order. We would definitely stay again as it provides an excellent base to visit Norfolk. Parking was never an issue. We always found a space a few steps away from the cottage.
