NEW LISTING! This Guadalupe waterfront property in downtown Kerrville across from "Tranquility Island" is a rare find! Just walk out the back door and enjoy, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming, walking/biking the river trail or just sit out on the patio and enjoy the breathtaking view! Close to restaurants, theater, park, river trail, Riverside Nature Center or just about anything in Kerrville since it's right downtown. You are also secluded enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of the park. We have fishing poles, bikes, indoor and outdoor games, lounge chairs and all the amenities you would expect from a parkside retreat.

You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the actions of those in your party. You agree to waive any and all claim against owner for accidents or claims arising from activities at our guest home. All guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming a booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.
