The third bedroom has two twin beds and a DVD player
There is a large screened porch with a Hammock. There is a BBQ pit, a picnic table and chairs by the river. There is a Keurig coffee maker,washer/drier and all appliances. This property offers privacy with lots of wildlife and room to hike and explore. Great Bird Watching!!

Our family stayed over Easter weekend. The property was clean and well stocked. A short walk to the river made for fun fishing and paddle boarding

Property was very quiet, we enjoyed having the river totally to ourselves.
The owner was very helpful and responsive. Hope to stay there again!

The River House was great! It was clean and cozy, and there was plenty to do in Kerrville for the kids.
There was even a tiny little fire pit on the property, which was nice for roasting some s’mores.
My only complaint is that the property has a section that does border the river, but it’s about 150-200 feet away from the house and you have to get to by going under a little sketchy bridge.

Everything surpassed our expectations. little trail to the river. 5 mins to Schneider park for a large River experience. Welcome gift was very nice and a lovely touch. Highly recommend!
