We stayed at this place for 4th of July. Was not the holiday weekend any one was expecting but the trip was still good. Far away enough from the river to not have issues during the flood. Rental had lots to do even when we were stuck inside most of the day cause of the storm. Robin was very communicative. During the flooding she personally called to check on us. Would recommend this rental 10/10

We had so much fun. The house was adorable. Our only issue was one of the ladies was in a wheelchair, we couldn’t get the wheelchair in any of the bathrooms, we had to get creative to get her in.

We were 2 couples renting this cozy, very nice house. Perfectly described with the best appointed kitchen, coffee bar, bathrooms, and even a bar! Loved the open kitchen/living area which was roomy yet cozy feel. Great king beds and bathrooms with good showers. Loved the convenient location. Will definitely stay here again!

This place was great for our family (2 adults, 4 teens) who were in Kerrville for a funeral. The house had everything we needed and more. Beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable and living room had plenty of room for our family to gather. Hot tub was nice and relaxing. Great location and walking distance to Old Town Kerrville. Everything about the house was exactly as described, even better! The home was perfect for our family, including my elderly mother in law. The location could not have been better! My favorite part was the hot tub, and the coziness of the house. The host is very easy to communicate with and was able to help us even after we left and forgot some clothes. Jefferson St BnB was just right for mom’s and my visit to Texas. Sleeps 8, we had plenty of room for visiting, playing, cooking and enjoying meals with our family in Kerrville, plus had room for our rotating group of grandchildren spending the night. The home was very well equipped and has a warm, welcoming feel. Robin has thought of every detail and more to make us feel comfortable and accommodated. She was very reachable, quick to respond and offered several times to make sure we had everything we needed. We will book this home again if we make a return trip to Kerrville.

Trouble with coffee Keurig. May be fine for others but not user friendly. Sprinkler daily left hard water spots all over front of cars which had to be parked directly over sprayers on street. Biggest problem of rental. Plus sitting on soaked chair cushions for coffee outside in back yard in the morning.

This property is amazing! It’s welcoming, cute, clean and cozy. Everything you need , even a full stocked bar! Unfortunately we were only able to stay for the night so we were not able to take advantage of the hot tub, fire pit, well stocked kitchen and the cozy living room. The beds were very comfortable and nicely decorated, we even had sound machines in each room. Definitely will be back with on a girls trip when we can see more of the town. Also the host gives you a great list of all the local restaurants and the events and upcoming events. A must place to stay,

The entire process from start to finish was excellent. We were there only a short time but we really enjoyed staying at this property. The beds were very comfortable. The house was beautiful and well maintained. It was within walking distance to the river and downtown. I really don’t have one complaint about the property. The manager was responsive and checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I will absolutely rent this property again if I am in Kerrville again! Wonderful experience.

We spent 3 nights here with our moms. The house was great. We all loved it. Super clean and very comfortable. It had everything we could possibly think of and a lot we didn't. Lots to do in Kerrville and in Fredericksburg just 30 minutes away. Ate at The Rails and Thai Ocha and both were amazing!

Myself and a friend and each of our sons stayed here one night after going to the elephant preserve. This property is absolutely amazing we could’ve definitely had 3 to 4 more people with us and been completely comfortable. The Decour of the house is amazing, the open floor plan is awesome. These pictures do not do it justice. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would recommend this listing at a 20

This home was perfect! Coffee bar, honesty bar, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, hot tub, board games, clean towels, etc. It was the perfect weekend getaway. About 30 minutes from Main St in Fredericksburg and only minutes from local places. The owners suggestions to try Thai Ocha was spot on. Delicious Thai! Will be back anytime we are in the area.
