Close to restaurants, theater, park, river trail, Riverside Nature Center or just about anything in Kerrville since it's right downtown. You are also secluded enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of the park. We have fishing poles, bikes, indoor and outdoor games, lounge chairs and all the amenities you would expect from a parkside retreat.

You understand there are potential dangers that the above activities may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person doing these activities if a person has health risks, or does these activities while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur while you are our guests. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the actions of those in your party. You agree to waive any and all claim against owner for accidents or claims arising from activities at our guest home. All guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming a booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.

The property was exactly as advertised, right in the downtown area but with a remote feel. We had a nice, relaxing visit in a lovely home right on the river.

The home, back porch and river access were all excellent! The house was very well stocked and well kept. Convenient to get anywhere.We had small children and enjoyed kayaking, fishing, grilling, the park close by and shopping. Robin was very responsive and thought of everything. We will be back!
