Loved this little cottage! It was so clean, and was in a great location for the activities we did while in Kerrville. Would definitely stay there again!

House was perfect size for two couples. We were visiting for the husbands to ride in the annual 3-day Kerrville Easter bicycle ride. The river access was across the street and was nice to have a seating area there to watch the action on the river. We would love to stay there again next year if available.

My family and I enjoyed the weekend in Kerrville. The house was the perfect size for all of us and very conventionally located next to the river. The back covered patio is amazing! and we spent most of our time on the property there. Highly recommended. .

The house is small but adequate & has a cozy feel. It was very clean & the beds & bedding were very comfy. I loved having the river view. The neighborhood isn’t super but it was quiet and seemed safe. There are no closets in 2 of the bedrooms but one has hooks to hang clothes.

This was a great house! It has a great view of the river and it’s easy to get around town. The house is great! It is located in an older neighborhood but it is safe and quiet. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Kerville.

The house was pretty cute with plenty of space. The only thing missing was a fire pit out back, which would have been nice. Everything was provided as advertised. Check-in/check-out and communication were easy. Overall a good experience.
