The two floors have separate entrances and are available individually or together to accommodate up to eight guests.
Private gardens with two separate hot tubs.
We are available through the platform or by text if you need anything or would like recommendations of where to dine, hike, new beaches to explore etc.

One of the most sought-after areas in Montecito, this property is located within a short walk to Butterfly Beach (five minutes), Miramar Beach and the Rosewood Miramar Resort (ten minute walk) and the restaurants and shops of Coast Village Road, (five to ten-minute walk). Please note, ants can occasionally be an issue in Montecito. We have a regular organic and completely safe for humans and pets service to spray the exterior perimeter, however, taking out food trash often also helps.

The only thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars was the abysmal air conditioning. I can only speak for this on the upper unit. Luckily the nights cooled off and there were plenty of windows to let the cool air in. Everything else was great! The property manager, Truman, was great and very responsive. The house was cute and had everything we needed. I liked that there were lots of coffee pods!
