KITCHEN
Designer kitchen equipped with six-burner Viking Gas Range, farmhouse sink, and Sonos sound system. Large center island with bar-style seating, views of the yard, and access to outdoor dining area.
LIVING ROOM
Stunning space with French doors leading to private garden deck for the ultimate indoor/outdoor living experience. Large 85” Smart TV, Sonos Sound System. Enjoy the designer couches and chairs set to comfortably seat 12 people. Perfect for movie nights, game nights, and gatherings.
DINING ROOM
Very spacious dining room with open floor plan that seamlessly connects to the kitchen and living room - perfect for entertaining.
BEDROOMS
Extremely comfortable (new) King & Queen mattresses. Enjoy memory foam pillows and Smart TV’s in every room.
OFFICE
The perfect work from home room with garden views, ample light, work desk, Smart TV, and High Speed Wifi. The French doors can be left open to integrate into the living space or closed for privacy. The Office couch pulls out into a Queen sleeper to be used as a bedroom at night.
BATHROOMS
Travertine stone floors/backsplash, brand new toilets and plush luxury towels. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, & body wash.
OUTDOOR SPACES
3 fully enclosed "Completely fenced in yard spaces" (good for pet owners to know) outdoor spaces each consisting of their own unique style and amenities:
- Brand New Cold Plunge
- Jacuzzi/Hot Tub
- Beach Towels and beach chairs. Wagon for beach trips with Beach Toys Included.
- Large deck area with Zen Garden Views and fountains perfect for enjoying the Sunsets.
- Family style covered gathering patio, with outdoor Dining table for up to 12 people, BBQ, Outdoor Sonos sound system and lounge chairs. Yard space is ideal for yoga, play area, or just relaxing in the sun.
- Covered patio area with Ping Pong Table, 65” Smart Tv, Sonos sound system, Plush outdoor bean bags, 4-person jetted spa , Brand New Cold Plunge from Santa Barbara Ice Baths. The perfect get-away to soak up the beautiful Santa Barbara weather. Each yard space can be opened up to interconnect or fully enclosed.
- Pet Rule: We are pet friendly - a $250 per animal pet fee will be required. Please let us know if you are bringing more than one pet.

This property is a real gem! Tastefully decorated, with plenty of room to spread out for multi-generational groups or couples. Several outdoor areas provide more than ample space for eating, hanging out, or just enjoying this beautiful home.Highly recommend! (And just FYI....we are very selective about the places we stay...a well traveled group with high standards.)You won't regret staying here!

The house was spacious and lovely and comfortable with really nice outside areas. Chris was responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect—easy walking to town and ocean. We would stay there again!

What an amazing property in a truly incredible location! Exceeded our expectations in every way, and is even better than the photos suggest. It was the perfect place for our 3-generations to spend 5 days, and we are already looking forward to hopefully returning sometime in the future.

This was the perfect house to host my family and I as we all travelled in from out of town for my wedding. We had two kids with us and they loved being able to run around in the backyard. The house was well stocked and had enough towels/linens for everyone including the room with the pull out couch. The grill was nice as well and we were able to use it during our first night there to cook steaks. The house is located near restaurants and stores so that was very convenient. It is near train tracks so we heard the train in the morning and there was also construction going on right by the house during the weekdays so we heard that as well. Overall, we had a great stay and I would definitely recommend it for big families (just be aware that there might still be noise from construction work).
