This is our second time staying in the property and we loved it. We came back with our kids this time and it was perfect for our family of four. Good size house with everything we needed for a week. What really makes the house special is the location since it's a 5 min walk from the beach and a 5 min walk from downtown with lots of cute stores and restaurants. Kerry was very communicative throughout the visit while also being respectful of our space. If I needed something he responded quickly and helpfully. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Great location and proximity to the beach and the main dining/shopping area of Montecito.
Very clean, well stocked kitchen. Laundry access was a bonus for beach goers…
