Martha gave thorough instructions and quickly answered questions. The cottage is as pictured, very clean and comfortable. Lovely patio/garden area. Quiet neighborhood with quick access to restaurants, shopping, beaches. Would be happy to stay again.

Martha was an amazing host and attentive to all our needs. Her cottage is a perfect little spot to stay for exploring Santa Barbara and surrounding areas. The outdoor space is great and neighborhood is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

Our host was the kindest woman and her place was so charming and well equipped. It felt like you were staying at your mom’s house. It was perfect for our two nights day with kids.
