THE SPACE. Downstairs, a cozy living room with queen pullout and smart TV flows into a well-stocked kitchen — everything a slow breakfast or a late-night snack run requires. Upstairs, the queen bedroom comes with its own reading nook and opens to the ocean-view deck, where sweeping water views make sunset non-negotiable. The garden is the cottage's second living room: seating among the plantings, the hot tub steaming in the corner, and secure fencing that lets the dog patrol in peace.

Sweet spot in Summerland! This cottage had everything we needed. It is the perfect place to be if you want to spend your time between Santa Barbara and the Channel Islands.
