You may not need your car, as the house is within walking distance of Lille Ave in Summerland, offering a curation collection of shops and restaurants during your stay. It's a 6 minute walk to Summerland Beach, a 3 min drive to Coast Village road in Montecito, and a 5 min drive to downtown Santa Barbara! Enjoy the privacy and tranquility of Summerland with hiking trails right outside the door, pristine beach and local treasures like Summerland Winery, Field and Fort, Porch and the Nugget. House is kitted for baby visitors as well, with a pack and play, high chair and more. Come and enjoy the sunshine in Summerland!

Spectacular place to stay. Very comfortable. Beautiful view. Easy to walk to restaurants and beach. Easy drive to Santa Barbara, hiking trails and other beaches. Highly recommended!
