1 Bedroom Casita - Casa Blanca

The casita is a gem to stay in Montecito. It is much bigger than anticipated with two living areas. The decor is wonderful and you feel like you stepped into a model home. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a nice meal. Comfortable bed, pillows and linens. The bathroom had nice toiletries with a bonus amenity gift and great water pressure in the shower! The outdoor living space was wonderful too. It is located on a quiet street but just minutes to get to all the area highlights. Would definitely stay again.

The property is gorgeous. Quiet, peaceful and serene. Beautifully landscaped and although minutes away from the main road one feels completely cut off from the rest of the world.

We really enjoyed the creative design of the casita. It had everything anyone could need. In fact, I mentioned that I could comfortably live in it full time :) I also appreciated the xtra pillows & comforter. The bed was very comfortable. Thank you for the selection of cold drinks. Much appreciated! Discovered too late to take advantage of: the beautiful courtyard with large picnic table & separated sitting area. We showed the entire space to a friend who lives in Montecito & didn’t know it was there. She will direct visitors to your slice of heaven.

nothing to not like. Having been in the hospitality & rental business with 19 properties for 25 years, I would have liked a choice of soft pillows in addition to the harder ones offered.
