Roomy luxury home which accommodated our family perfectly for a week in Santa Barbara. Large well equipped kitchen where our family gathered and enjoyed cooking together. We brought a board puzzle that was a center of activity in the family room throughout the week. The 4 bedrooms allowed for remote zoom work for our young adult children when needed. House has new wood flooring and was clean with abundant light. Some furnishings and linens were older and were due to be replaced. Bedding was quite comfortable. The highlight was the beautiful pool and spa that was spacious with sparkling blue water that we enjoyed throughout the week. Location was ideal just 2 blocks from lower Montecito village where excellent morning cappachino's were found at Bree'osh. The house manual provided all the highlights of sights, eateries and other local knowledge. Owners were a delight to communicate with. We look to another stay as our home away from home in Santa Barbara!

Our group included myself, my husband, our teens, and their friends for Spring Break. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy each other's company, but also to have privacy when needed. The location could not have been better within easy walking distance to the fabulous restaurants and shops on Coast Village Road. We hardly moved our cars the whole week!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here for a week. The pool is perfect for families with small children. The house is laid out perfectly for privacy and also for entertaining everyone as a group. The location of the home is within walking distance to the beach and the town. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook. Wish we could have stayed longer.
