In fall and winter months, you can expect to see colorful sunsets known as the "pink moment" to locals. Surrounded by nature you’ll be a short drive from Carpinteria, Montecito, and Santa Barbara.
This modern estate focuses on a minimalist aesthetic with soaring ceilings and wall to wall windows. Contemporary design is featured throughout with twin chaise lounges in the Living Room, stunning chandeliers in the industrial and gourmet Kitchen, and convenient comforts in the Great Room and Media Room. Dual Primary Suites echo spa luxury with a fireplace, dry sauna, and soaking tub. Two more Guest Rooms share a "Jack and Jill" style bathroom, each with ocean views. Tranquility is the goal outdoors with a Zen garden, fountain, fire pit and hammock. The lap pool and built-in spa are the central focus of the pool terrace facing the ocean and island views. Connecting patios on the north side of the home face the mountain views complete with a barbecue and dining area.

We had a great comfortable time. The property was close to places we wanted to go and well maintained. The scenery was spectular.

the property was very nice. we had a few minor glitches that were attended to promptly by paradise. The grill was not really functional and needed to be replaced; there was not clear direction on how to operate the spa heat ( it was rectified within a day but the controller was mis-labeled and there were no instructions in the book.). One of the queen beds was like sleeping on concrete (Paradise brought in a matteress pad.) These were very minor to us and promptly fixed. The view was gorgeous, the property clean.
