Amazing house in a beautiful location. Short walk to the beach and Montecito, and easy to get to Santa Barbara. Better than advertised!

The location of this warm and inviting home could not be better. A short walk from both the beach and Montecito village is hard to beat. The owner was very responsive and welcoming. The home is spacious allowing our family of 6 plenty of comfort and privacy.
