A Self check-in private condo (1BR 2Beds 2Baths) in the resort/Free bikes. Heated waterfront swimming pool and hot tub.
** Jolley Trolley Bus stop is outside of the entrance.
** 3 minutes to Downtown Dunedin, that offering open air markets, shops, restaurants and breweries. Jolley Trolley Bus stop is outside of the entrance.
** 10 minutes to honeymoon Island and the ferry to Caladesi Island voted consistently as one of the top 10 beaches in the US.
** 15 minutes to Clearwater Beach (the exact time may vary on weekends and holidays). Clearwater Beach dazzles with impeccable beaches and inviting waters. Trip Advisor named it the nation's #1 beach in 2018.
** 20 minutes to the world renowned Tarpon Springs sponge docks, fabulous shops and restaurants.
** 15 minutes to the golf courses of Innisbrook Resort, home of the PGA Valspar Tournament.
**The Pinellas Trail is across the street from my place, there is a bike shop for purchase and rental. I suggest using the Clearwater Jolley Trolley for a fun and unique way to see Clearwater Beach, Sand Key and the surrounding Coastal Towns of North Pinellas, including Downtown Clearwater, Dunedin, Palm Harbor and Historic Sponge Docks- Tarpon Springs.

We had a great stay! The location was ideal - walkable to downtown Dunedin, the Pinellas Trail and just a short ride down to Honeymoon Island. Having a pool and restaurant on site made it even more convenient. The condo was clean and comfortable! We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip down to Dunedin!

The place was exactly as the listing picture show. The pool and tiki bar on site was great!! The host was very responsive. Great location.

Property was perfect for our needs, plus bike were a sweet addition. Very clean with all toiletries, toilet paper, and paper towels which was nice not to have to buy. We were on the go everyday as there is so much to do. Property is biking/walking distance to downtown restaurants, breweries , and shopping. May was quick to respond to any questions. Thanks for sharing your space.
