The Waterside Cottage House is part of a private estate. It is located on prestigious and historic Victoria Drive in delightful Dunedin, Florida.
The A/C was replaced in 2023. The house faces west and overlooks Saint Joseph’s Sound and Dr. Beach's 2008 pick for the most beautiful beach in the country, Caladesi Island State Park. With 108 feet of private waterfront the views are completely unobstructed. You will see breathtaking sunsets as well as abundant bird and sea life on a daily basis.
Location is everything. The Waterside Cottage is across the street from the Pinellas Trail, walking distance from the quaint downtown district, 2.34 miles from Dunedin Causeway and Honeymoon Island, 5.91 miles from Clearwater Beach, 3.99 miles from Countryside Mall, and 20.33 miles from Tampa Airport. If you are not familiar with Dunedin, it is well known for its award winning beaches, Friday morning fresh markets, unique gift shops, award winning restaurants, and fun filled merchant association sponsored events. Money Magazine ranked Dunedin as one of the top 10 Gulf Coast communities.
Weekly Minimum Rentals'Except Jan-Mar, One Month Minimum', Pets Welcome with $50 Per Week Per Pet Limit of 2 Pets'$200.00Max'. All-inclusive except for electric with monthly rentals, paid directly to owner via separate security deposit.
HOUSE RULES:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug. One week minimum stay.
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
No Parties.
Check-in is after 4pm
Check-out is before 10am

This charming Victorian cottage was so beautifully decorated that I just enjoyed walking around looking at all its nooks and crannies - it was so unique . When I woke up and saw the view it was something out of a magazine. It was very quiet and peaceful and so convenient to the great town of Dunedin . I loved getting up early and having coffee just enjoying the peaceful view of the water .The host was very accommodating and gave us wonderful tips . She is an animal lover, and we really enjoyed meeting her nature friends. The grounds are meticulously maintained by her as well and everything is pristine. I can only hope to come back again . We had a wonderful, albeit too short stay . Thank you Autumn!

We stayed in the two bedroom and one bedroom rentals on this property for Christmas week. This was nothing short of a magical experience. Our host, Autumn was beyond accommodating and made us feel right at home. The sunset views from the porch alone are worth the price. We enjoyed daily walks on Victoria Drive to downtown Dunedin, which is less than 10 minutes from the property. Autumn has stocked her rental properties with everything you would need for a comfortable stay…and more! The decor is elegant and comfortable with whimsical touches everywhere you look. The special treat was observing all the variety of birds, including an osprey nest just outside of the kitchen window. We look forward to staying there again & I highly recommend Autumn‘s property to other VRBO travelers. You won’t be disappointed!
