This quintessential Kennebunk beach cottage has four-bedrooms, is freshly remodeled and conveniently located near golf (par 3 + driving range across street), restaurants (.3 miles), Kennebunkport's charming Dock Square (.5 miles), and beaches (.7 miles). Enjoy privacy in a large master suite. Relax in the sun or shade outside on the large blue-stone terrace, with mature trees all around. Keep up to date with business matters in the office/zoom nook.
This historic Kennebunk cottage was built in 1910 with three bedrooms, bath, kitchen, dining and living room. A recent addition comprises a master en suite, two car garage, laundry room, 1/2 bath and office nook. The entire cottage was remodeled in 2020 with brand new beds and furniture, paint, refinished hard-wood floors, kitchen update and integrated entertainment wall. New outdoor terrace with seating for 8+.
The Bunkhouse has been newly remodeled in 2022 with 2 Twin Beds and one pullout sleeper. Completely updated/modern bathroom with Sonos, and a Frame TV. Perfect for teens or adults.
Truly a perfect location for those who want to put away the car for a week and simply walk or bike everywhere. Located in the coastal residential zone of Kennebunk in an area that used to be called Kennebunk Beach. The house is at the end of a tree line road which leads to the beaches. In the other direction, you can walk across the street to play 9 holes of par 3 golf or hit some balls at the driving range. Within .5 miles of walking are Via Sophia, Pedro's Mexican, Morning's In Paris, Old Vines Wine Bar, HB Provisions, and the Crab Shack and the rest of the restaurants in the beautiful town.

This was our 8th annual family reunion. We traveled from 4 different states. Michael was a great host - he responded quickly to my text messages. The house was clean, gorgeous and very spacious. It had everything you needed. We just had to bring our clothes and food. The decor was beautiful. Location was great - walking distance to town, close to beaches, walking trails and many other towns. We enjoyed the fire pit at night. The beds were comfortable. We chose this house as our favorite. The area is gorgeous.

Our stay at the Boothby Bunkhouse was great. Michael was fantastic to interact with. The home was beautiful, updated, clean, adequately stocked and perfect for my family (6 adults and 1 toddler). Plenty of room for all. Upon arrival we entered into a beautifully decorated coastal living room complete with a lit Christmas Tree and the Christmas vibes continued for the rest of the weekend. The location to town and beach was a 5 minute car ride (10/15 min. bike ride I would imagine in summer). Kennebunkport at Christmas time is straight out of a Hallmark movie. So many activities, restaurants, shops - Exceeded expectations - Highly recommend!
