About this house rental
This Home has been recently remodeled and is new to the Kennebunk Beach Rental market for 2019.
The beach is 6 houses away, you can hear the ocean through the open windows. You can look out over the Marsh from the deck or family room. The walk to Dock Square is just under a mile. Both Kennebunk and Kennebunkport offer many fabulous restaurants, shops and views.

Perfect home for large family or extended family to share. Many areas within the house to get away for privacy and time to relax. Located in a family friendly neighborhood with large private yard. For a breath of fresh air, step onto the deck through the sliding glass doors. Enjoy cooking outside on the gas grill and then relax and enjoy the night by the fire pit. Amenities include internet and flat screen TVs ready for your Netflix login, bikes, beach chairs and toys, indoor and outdoor games, cards, books, puzzles and more.
The Space
Bright open floor plan with lots of space. Family rooms on the first and the second floors provide tons of space and a fully stocked kitchen and spacious dining room to enjoy playing games or eating as a family.
The living room has a fireplace and TV with lots of seating. There is another quiet area in back of house to relax, read or watch kids playing in yard. The 4 bedrooms include a master with king bed. Second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds and 4th bedroom has two twin beds and two full beds. There are three bathrooms, one attached to master, one family bath on second floor and one full bath on first floor. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off after the beach.
Our goal is to have you relax from the minute you arrive, so we stock the house with some items to get you started - these include:
Paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, tin foil, plastic wrap, plastic utensils for the beach, cooler, plastic cups, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, and soap at each sink.

We stayed in June for 5 days and it was wonderful. I’ve stayed in Kennebunk before and this beats all the other places I’ve stayed. We had three kids ages 3, 4, and 7 and were easily able to walk to Gooch’s beach. Super clean. Super quiet at night. The air conditioning worked very well. Very bright and sunny in all the bedrooms. Would stay again!

We had a great time at Surf Lane! The location was awesome and the walk to the beach was just a couple of minutes. The house was large enough for our group and the air conditioning worked great as the first day was really hot and humid. We were pleasantly surprised there were bikes to use and they left a welcome gift of pretzels and wine. We had a wonderful time and the weather was perfect.
