Let the sweet sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep each night, all from the comfort of your stay. Located on a large corner lot and close to all of Kennebunk's attractions, this spacious beach home is the perfect family-friendly escape! Play at your stay when you dip into the river with the provided kayaks. Or, head just a block away to Gooch's Beach where you can boogie board, surf, or simply read on the sand. Also nearby, enjoy exploring the Kennebunkport Center where many excellent restaurants and shops await.

Back from the beach, don't forget to utilize the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand before heading inside.

Inside, find yourself relaxing in the light-filled living room where the seating is plush, the TV is large, and the heat of the gas fireplace completes the overall ambiance. The full kitchen is any chef's dream with its stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and pristine cabinetry. Dine together at the breakfast bar, the formal dining table, or alfresco on the sun-drenched porch.

Also in this space, you will appreciate being able to utilize a private washer/dryer, keeping chores simple. And the second TV room is perfect for the kid's weekend morning cartoons and nighttime movie marathons.

Everyone will love the game room/garage where a Ping-Pong table is ready to host hours of playful camaraderie. And each of the four bedrooms is bright and simply decorated with sweet nautical touches. Indulge in you-time when you step into the luxurious walk-in shower. Additional perks include; a surfboard, a children’s surfboard, boogie boards, a skimboard, kayaks, and bikes.

End your evenings hosting a barbecue, playing a game of spike ball, corn hole, or Bocce, biking to the beach to watch the sun meet the ocean, and then watching the stars come out while roasting s'mores over the firepit.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
