This Wintergreen unit is located in the Silverton building at Cascade. Beautiful two bedroom- two bath condo is perfect for your visit to the North Durango area. The master bedroom offers a king bed, TV with VCR/DVD, and a bathroom his and her sinks and jetted tub on the second level. The main level has a full kitchen, living room with a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV and DVD, fiber optic WIFI, sofa sleeper and deck with spectacular mountain views. The guest bedroom on the main level has two twin size beds and there is a full bathroom on the main level.

The vacation home was neat and had everything a family would need like pots and pans to prep their own meals if they desire, washer and dryer, TVs, music, books! Warm and comfy! The water heater didn’t quite accommodate all 5 of us the first night so we had to make adjustments on the second day. We received access information via email on the morning of the day we were arriving which was nice as we didn’t have to look around for someone to check in. The only somewhat issue for us was the property was on second floor which I did not see when I was reserving it and climbing up the stairs with luggage was something we would have avoided if possible.

This condo was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed and easily accommodated our six family members. The covered parking was a great addition. We also enjoyed using the pool/hot tub area and fitness center. Only thing we would recommend be improved was the downstairs beds. Would be more comfortable with a mattress topper.

We were pleasantly surprised with the covered parking, and indoor stairs to condo. Very convenient! We enjoyed the spectacular views of the mountains from our patio and bedroom windows. Loved the heated pool and indoor/ outdoor hot tubs. Comfortable, charming, and clean. The on site restaurant, “The Lift” was exceptional, and ski rental shop below the restaurant was perfect. Loved our stay!!!
