Welcome to this 2 bed, 1 bath, 1500 sq ft mountain home, nestled in the cozy community of Durango West. 9 mi to downtown Durango. 28 mi to Mesa Verde. 35 mi to Purgatory Ski Resort.

Loved the beds - comfy memory foam! Thoughtfully decorated and well-stocked home has travel essentials, plus a media room and board games, foosball. House is clean, clear of clutter and has a nice porch for morning coffee. Access through yard is a little rough and might not be suitable for someone that needs assistance such as a cane or wheelchair.
