Unique & perfectly situated and just a 10 minute drive to downtown Historic Durango. Explore Mesa Verde and Hesperus Ski area just 5 minutes from Bella Vista! Stunning home w a large open floor plan including an incredible gourmet kitchen with all the amenities. Home has an upstairs private bedroom with a queen size bed, T.V and private bathroom. Main floor has a King size bed located on a former stage surrounded with privacy curtains + private T.V with access to a full bathroom. Another queen size bed is situated on the main floor with awesome views of the stars at night, (this bed is in the expansive living room with a privacy screen). A magnificent Baby Grand Piano is located in the Living room for any pianists in your party. Bella Vista is equipped with a large screen T.V, lots of stylish and comfortable seating as well as a futon and sofa sleeper + dining table & chairs. Home provides linens, towels, coffee machine, toaster and an outside barbecue grill. Upon entering this unique home you will say "Wow" at the Panoramic Snow Capped Mountain Views!
