Spend your vacation in the heart of historic downtown Durango. This charming, newly remodeled, 3 bedroom, 1 bath house is located steps from the Animas River Bike Path. Durango has much to offer; the Silverton Train, World Heritage Site Mesa Verde National Park and excellent winter skiing at Durango Mountain Resort. Hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trails, a river for rafting and tubing, and dozens of shops and restaurants. This home is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your Durango vacation!
