Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom 1,748 sq. ft. home located in the Silver View subdivision just over 1 mile from historic downtown Durango and offers amazing views of the La Plata Mountains.
The townhome features two living spaces each with a TV as well as the usual expected amenities, fast WIFI (no cable, only streaming), washer/dryer, gas bbq grill and a 2 car garage with additional parking in front of the garage. There is also an electric vehicle charging station.

2nd Bedroom - Queen (Ground Floor)
3rd Bedroom - Queen (Ground Floor)
This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).
