Stayed at this location once before and returned again. For us, this location works well. The property and the neighborhood are great for our needs. Nice improvements to the patio area. Hope to return to this property once again.

Owners were very accommodating, allowing us to view the property a year before our rental and meeting some special requests we had. Home was cozy, well equipped and well stocked. We experienced some issues with the technology, but owners were quick to address them. The long term rental and AC were "must haves" for us. The road next to the home did generate some noise as noted in other reviews. Lastly, we liked to grill on the patio, but we note that the grill has seen better days.

Very nice. Appreciated the white noise machine in master bedroom, which did help with traffic noise. Other bedrooms didn’t have same issue.

We were drawn to this rental unit by the 30 day minimum stay provision. That appealed to us for a variety of reasons. We found the rental to be just like portrayed in the listing. We found living in the rental to be "easy."
The location turned out to be perfect for our lifestyle. A good place to walk (along the perimeter of a golf course) and convenience to all activities in the area. A little open space nearby offered the opportunity to witness deer on a regular basis. Nice little touch.
Good communication with the manager before, during, and after our stay. Responsive.
All in all, we are happy with the way our stay turned out. Will rent again.
