About this house rental
City permit 16-031. This single family home has been completely remodeled/rebuilt with brand new everything! New memory foam mattresses with new bedding, cork flooring, stainless steel appliances, fully-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, new furnace/hot water heater, outdoor patio, new weber grill, and a covered deck on a quiet in-town dead-end street. It includes off-street parking and bikes in the shed to use for excursions to the main downtown area. The open floor plan of this home makes for a comfortable setting for families, couples, and friends. This house was built to be a VRBO rental - it is decorated very nicely without any owner knick knacks or lock offs. This is a stand alone house across from an elementary school in a very quiet neighborhood not mother in law quarters. There is a new Queen Murphy bed in the living area.

A wonderful weekend at a great VRBO. The property was extremely clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Our daughter loved the sleeping loft! Everything was in perfect operational order. A short drive to town or a nice walk. Nate was an excellent host.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bronson home. Everything was as described in the Vrbo listing. Home was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. Hosts were very responsive when needed. Location is excellent - with trails and restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely try to book this home again when we next visit Durango.
