Loved the property and appreciated the hospitality. We needed a place to stay for 5 days while our condo in tequesta was undergoing some building maintenance. This was truly our home away from home. We enjoyed cooking and relaxing when not working. We have lived in Tequesta since 2001 and this place reminded us of why we chose Tequesta and its beautiful beaches. The neighborhood and surrounding restaurants and shops are the why this town is the secret gem it is.

Overall, the property was beautifully maintained . The home was clean and had all basic necessities. The added touch of the books and children’s games were a hit for our family.
There were some beach buckets, chairs, towels, and umbrella.
Downsides, although not for everyone in our family were: the train sound , the outdoor shower doesn’t have privacy. mosquitoes at night and we were interrupted by the lawn guys one afternoon .

This is a wonderful home! There were only two of us but six could comfortably spend a week there with plenty of room to spread out. All the amenities of home, everything felt new/in good repair and clean. Location was super easy to get to the beaches in a few minutes, lots of wonderful restaurants all around, and made friends in Tequesta! Host was prompt and communicative and made everything super easy.
