About this house rental
Fully furnished single family home just steps from the intracoastal waterway and a short bike ride to Jupiter's sparkling blue water beaches. Newer furnishings, dishes, linens, accessories, granite counters, new appliances, remodeled bathrooms, new hardscape and landscape and more! New tile flooring throughout. Master queen bed, sunroom 2 twin beds, bedroom 3 is 2 twin beds, sofa is queen sleeper. Sleeps 8 total but max is 6 adults. Booking guest must be 25 or older. Covered furnished patio, bbq, plenty of parking. Includes use of 2 kayaks on property, 1 bike, beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella. Walk to shopping, dining - less than 1/2 mile to Jupiter Lighthouse and fabulous Jupiter Riverwalk., Guanabanas, Square Grouper, U-Tiki, 1000 North, Pelican Club event venue and Topside. Pets and pet deposit and/or security deposit considered on a case by case and at sole discretion of owner. $250 cleaning fee all stays, 13% sales tax and electric over $200/mo to be paid by guest.

Upon arrival, the property was not clean. However, the owner quickly responded to our issues. The property itself is spacious and in a terrific area, so that’s the only reason why we didn’t give it 4 stars. It is convenient to everything and in a well maintained neighborhood.
