About this house rental
Welcome to this superb 4-bedroom Tequesta retreat that we lovingly named "Tortuga de Tequesta". With 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a bunkroom containing a double/single bunk and another double bed this house is perfect for families or groups of friends. The owners of the house live here part-time and want to make sure you are as comfortable as they are during their stay so you should expect to find a fully stocked kitchen, ample towels, sheets, and amenities both indoor and outside.
The days here are fun and sun-filled which naturally requires a good night's rest. Our Master en-suite features a king bed with pillows, sheets, comforter, a closet & dresser, and a sliding barn door to enter the attached bathroom featuring a double headed shower. Two additional bedrooms sit off of the living area with one featuring a king bed and the second with a queen set that are both steps from the second full bathroom. For additional guests or children we have a bunk-room featuring a single/double bunkbed and a second unattached double bed. We also have placed a crib in this room that you can easily move to any room.
The backyard has recently been updated so that you can enjoy the phenomenal South Florida weather by playing in the pool or relaxing by the firepit while surrounded by a beautifully landscaped yard. The in-ground pool features a sunshelf which is perfect to relax or play with a young child, an attached hot tub, and has the ability to be heated year round. We have created multiple places to lounge including a picnic tables to enjoy a snack after swimming, a 7 person outdoor conversation set with a firepit, and sun-loungers to catch some rays. A recently installed outdoor shower provides a refreshing rinse-off from the pool and is heated so can be used as a full shower before going out.
Of course, you should expect all of the modern conveniences including:
- TV's in every bedroom (streaming services or cable)
- Business speed WiFi
- AC/Heat
- Washer & Dryer
- Dishwasher
- Pop-up desks that you can place in any room
- Hair Dryers
- BBQ Grill
- High chair
- Coffee Maker, Blender, Kettle & more
While the house is wonderful you definitely will want to see the surrounding area which makes Jupiter so unique. We are less than a mile from the intracoastal, 3.5 miles to Jonathan Dickinson State Park, 5-7 minutes from Coral Cove Beach or 12-15 from Jupiter & Juno Beach (Juno Beach allows dogs), and just fifteen minutes from the Loggerhead Marine Sanctuary. When hungry you will find yourself within a 5-minute drive to the up and coming culinary scene in Tequesta or a 10 minute drive will give you access to Jupiter's numerous offerings.
We welcome you to make yourself comfortable in our home and fall in love with all that Tequesta has to offer just as we have.

Back yard area with pool and spa are amazing. 3 great bedrooms plus a bonus bunk room, we never felt crowded. Outdoor covered and uncovered area had room for all as well. The owner was very easy to communicate with, always responded quickly. The home is close to many beaches and restaurants, always option for fun.

Such a gem of a house! Relatively kid friendly (stayed with a 9 month old, 2 year old, 3 year old and 5 year old). The backyard was the perfect playground during the day and hangout spot once the kids were asleep. The pool with the shallow ledge was so nice for the littles to play safely and for the toddlers to jump off of. Ideal location to the beach, shopping and food. Very quiet street with very friendly neighbors! Excellent stay for adults or families!

We loved our stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The private backyard and pool were absolutely beautiful and made our trip so relaxing. If you are looking to visit Jupiter, don’t pass this place up!
