This is a lovely property with a huge backyard and covered deck. Basically has everything you could ask for or need. Quality linens, fast internet, nice decor and furnishings. Big plus for us - dog friendly. Owner is friendly, excellent communication, and accommodating. The location is excellent and the neighborhood is quiet.

The house was perfect for us and our 2 dogs. The house was very clean and comfortable and well equipped. It is on a quiet street that ends at a canal that connects to the Indian River. The back yard is larger than expected, which was great for our dogs. It is conveniently located near Publix and several restaurants. We frequently purchased fish from a local fish market, Pinders. Excellent seafood. The less than 10 minute drive to the dog beach worked well for us. Kim is a wonderful host and gave us a thorough tour when we arrived! We would definitely stay there again!

Host was wonderful, using from surgical complications to greet us. House was appropriately funky, very Old Florida, and fully equipped. It was ideal for our circumstances and needs. Also, conveniently located.

It was ok
The property was clean overall which is most important
The third bedroom is a renovated garage w a bathroom / laundry room situation. Extremely small shower.
The other two bedrooms were nice but practically on top of each other so as two couples renting we thought it would be good to take the two bedrooms further apart and each have their own bathrooms. The garage bedroom had twin beds.
The beds and lines were very nice quality. They seemed very new.
For the fact that we slept in a renovated garage I felt it was slightly overpriced
