This spacious apartment, located on Calle Bamberg, is a perfect example of how modern comfort can blend harmoniously with Seville’s traditional architectural style. It offers all the amenities of a contemporary home while preserving the charm of the Santa Cruz neighborhood.
The living room is bright and spacious, with distinct sitting and dining areas, and includes a 1.60 x 1.90 m sofa bed. The bedroom features two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a large window providing plenty of natural light. The bathroom is separate and equipped with a walk-in shower. The kitchen comes fully equipped for your stay. A rare advantage in this area: you can reach the apartment door by car.
The surrounding area is full of life and tradition, with some of Seville’s most authentic tapas bars and restaurants just steps away. You’ll also find supermarkets, flamenco venues, artisan shops, and of course, the Alcázar and Cathedral are less than a 5-minute walk away.

Very cute apartment in the historic and charming Santa Cruz neighborhood. Air conditioning worked very well in the heat (temps around 40C while we were there). Apt had everything we needed for a 4 day stay. Expedia incorrectly stated it was 2BR but it is a 1BR with a sofa pullout in a nice LR.
The Genteel website correctly shows it as a 1BR.
What made the stay top notch was the excellent communication with Alex of Genteel. She organized transfers to and from with a minivan as we had quite a bit of luggage. Alex also reserved a flamenco show for us and suggested some restaurants, etc. She was quick to respond to any issues/questions and was truly a pleasure to work with. Would certainly consider a Genteel property when we get the chance to return!!

We loved our stay at this property. The rooms were very clean. Central to everything (all the big sightseeing attractions, restaurants and shopping) and walked basically everywhere. It really gave you the experience of living in Seville vs a hotel stay which can feel separate. The hosts were very quick and helpful with communication and attending to the few minor details we needed them to attend to. Would highly recommend this property to others and a great value too!

Great location for a first time visit to Sevilla. Our host was extremely helpful and responded within a minute or two whenever I had a question. I loved being close to everything in the Santa Cruz district, without being so close that noise was an issue.
