DUPLEX PENTHOUSE WITH TERRACE AND VIEWPOINT for those visitors looking for something more than a place to spend a few days. This apartment will captivate you and you will have the privilege of enjoying panoramic views of the sky over Seville in a watchtower used for years to watch over the city and the arrival of ships on the Guadalquivir. It has a large private terrace.In the Santa Cruz neighborhood, a monumental and emblematic area of the center a few minutes from the Cathedral, Alcazar, Salvador.
Space
Upon entering we find a beautiful spacious living room with high ceilings and sloping ceilings. It is elegantly decorated with all its furniture of design and quality. From the living room you access a fully equipped kitchen with all the details you may need. Likewise, from the living room you can access by climbing some wooden stairs to the attic where the main double bed is. From this you will be able to see through a skylight an unparalleled view of the sky of Seville where the views of the Cathedral and innumerable churches and bell towers predominate ... an awakening of which you will not forget.
When you access the second floor, you enter a room surrounded by windows and a door leading to the terrace. From the window you can enjoy beautiful views of different areas of Seville. On the private terrace you have terrace furniture with a wooden table and chairs. Also an awning.
As a jewel of the house that gives its name to this precious space, there is a TOWER on the top floor, which is a viewpoint at the top of the Seville sky that has been used for years as a watchtower from which the arrival of boats on the Guadalquivir.

The views from the property don’t do it justice! Overall the stay was good - the check in was seamless with communication on WhatsApp. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is we had an issue with the water heater. We informed the property manager and they were attentive and fixed the water heater but there were a couple nights of cold showers. It was bearable as it was really hot out (40 C) for the majority of the trip. Again, the communication was good to get it resolved
