Beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, in the heart of Seville.
Upon entering the duplex, you will descend three steps, and to the right, a bright living room welcomes you with two comfortable armchairs, and an elegant sofa. This space also includes a dining area equipped with a table for four, ideal for enjoying pleasant meals together. To the left of the living room, you’ll find the kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable and convenient stay.
On the upper floor, the duplex offers two cozy bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second features two single beds, suitable for different types of guests. Additionally, the apartment has two full bathrooms, both with showers, providing added comfort and privacy.
Located in a safe and quiet area, the surroundings of the apartment are vibrant, filled with shops offering typical and artisanal products, restaurants, and terraces where you can soak up the atmosphere and savor exquisite Sevillian cuisine. Just steps away, you’ll find the city’s main tourist attractions, such as the majestic Cathedral and Giralda, the Plaza del Salvador with the impressive San Isidoro Church, the Town Hall, and the charming Plaza Nueva.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Would stay again. Although they need to fix the stair rail as it’s missing. A bit dangerous. Outside of that, such a great spot. And good hosts.

This apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of Sevilla, walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, and many of the site seeing musts.My friend and I were very comfortable in this apartment, the AC units worked very well, which was a plus in 107 Fahrenheit temperatures. The apartment is well furnished and kitchen well stocked with all the items you might need for cooking.The hosts were very helpful and responsive and we appreciate the assistance they provide provided.I would definitely stay here again upon return.

The flat was clean and perfectly located near the city center. There was a constant, sewer like smell coming from the bathrooms and throughout the first level. The property manager promptly sent their maintenance person who poured something down the drain in the bathrooms and the kitchen sinks which alleviated the smell for a little bit it came back. The staircase to the bedrooms does not have a rail, we had to use the wall to steady ourselves, and it is a curvy staircase. I wouldn’t recommend the flat if you have mobility issues as a result.
