About this apartment rental
Cozy and remodeled 1 bedroom 1 bath upstairs condo with all the amenities. Located in the eclectic town of Ocean Beach, this contemporary furnished condo has direct access to a beautiful shared ocean front patio where you can relax and watch the amazing San Diego sunsets. This building sits on a small bluff directly overlooking the tide pools, and ocean below. The patio also has a great view of the famous Ocean Beach pier, and surrounding coastline. The unit is located in the rear of the building with no ocean view, but only a 50 foot or so walk to the ocean front patio. Parking is behind our yellow building in the upper lot #3 spot. The unit also is fully equipped with air conditioning.

The rooms were hot when we entered and it took over an hour to get the place cooled down. The number for the parking was not visible so we had to search for the stick and put it back up. The entrance to the parking was very steep, uneven and difficult to enter.

Our first family trip to San Diego was amazing because we had John as our host. The condo was clean and is equipped with everything you need such as coffee maker, cookware, utensils, beach gear, and the sofa bed. We love that the beach and shops were within walking distance. Being able to watch the sunset every night was incredible. I highly recommend the vrbo!

My wife and I stay was comfortable, the condo was clean and well stocked with essentials. Its location was 10 minute walk from stores and restaurants. We did not have a car for our stay and my wife is 71 and I’m 74, we had no issues getting anywhere by foot. We highly recommend this property.
